Chapter 1

Research is very important. You use it daily whether its studying for a test or watching game film. Research also has helped shape our world to what it is today. Without others researching new things we would not have advanced to the technology we have now.



I research for school by studying for tests and also by watching film for football. By researching I prepare myself for a test or game. Researching helps me do better because I am prepared for what I had researched.

I learned all the ways you can organize a survey and how to form them. I also learned how theories and hypothesis are formed and how to make accurate ones. Lastly I learned of all the different kinds of research methods and how to put your results in to tables or graphs.

Prologue

After reading the prologue I realized that psychology had started a long time ago. The experiments that they used were really simple too. It was interesting to see how far psychology has come over the years.

Football has helped shape my life because it has taught me how to work hard and teamwork.

I think psychology is important because it can help us understand why people do certain things and what the motive behind those things are.

Psychology is the study of the mind and people.
