The first part I found intresting was the different types of learning. Observational was my favorite because we do this so often and most times we don't even realize it. We observe someone we admire and usually try to copy what they do. That is why alot of people end up like their parents they've observed their behavior for such a long time that they start to act the same way.
The second part that is most common for me was the reinforcement principles in sports. If you play well you get praised. If you make a mistake you get yelled at. Also for the fastest skill improvement you should start small and with the basics and then when you're ready advance to something more challenging.
The last part was the reinforcers. I didn't know that many times the choices we make are decided by what the reinforcer will be. We want to be praised and want the bigger reward. I also didn't know of all the different types of reinforcers and intresting they were.
